Leadership DNA

The Leadership DNA report is an essential tool in diagnosing managerial competence and coaching leaders toward better performance. An individual’s hierarchy of competencies is the key to their success. Knowing what they are is essential to reaching their goals. For many jobs, personal skills and attitudes are as important as technical skills in producing superior performance.

Performance Management Programs and Candidate Screening

Emotional Intelligence Quotient (EIQ)

The Emotional Intelligence Quotient (EIQ) is often used as part of an overall coaching and development program for managers along with behavior and leadership assessment tools like the DISC personality profile. It measures self-awareness, self-regulation, motivation, empathy, and social skills, and is crucial for future employee development. Overall, it is designed to improve the ability to interact with and influence others. The EIQ assists managers and decision-makers in the ability to make complex decisions. The EIQ succeeds in bringing others into your sphere of influence; which is a vital leadership trait for managers and executives. It includes a workbook and guide.

360 Degree Feedback

360 Degree Feedback is a system or process in which employees receive confidential, anonymous feedback from the people who work around them. This typically includes the employee’s manager, peers, and direct reports. A mixture of about eight to twelve people fills out an anonymous online feedback form that asks questions covering a broad range of workplace competencies. The feedback forms include questions that are measured on a rating scale and also ask raters to provide written comments. The person receiving feedback also fills out a self-rating survey that includes the same survey questions that others receive in their forms.

The Professional Development Coach

The Professional Development Coach was originally developed as a training instrument and tool for executive coaching and employee development. It has since been updated for use in management, staff, and sales training. It takes just 10 minutes to administer. This assessment is very different from others as it analyzes the individual's approach to the job based on their personal interests, attitudes, and values. It is more psychological than psychometric and often uncovers issues by approaching them from a new perspective. The Professional Coach is an excellent tool to help understand, engage, and develop each person in your organization. A free behavior assessment demo is available.
